They do constant check ups and connect you to the perfect people to grow and learn. It’s a very prove yourself environment if you put in the effort and show the people around you that you care then you will easily be given opportunities and trust. They will consistently challenge you at the right level and make sure you are having the best experience. The people around you are amazing and overall it’s a wonderful experience. I’m currently a sophomore in college and I learned way more there then I have 2 years in college due to the environment they created.
