      Culture and exposure have allowed me to learn at such a quick pace. Lots of events and tradeshows are expected, keeping us busy and allowing us to travel. Management and leadership are great at motivating and supporting employees both professionally and personally. Improvements within the business are continually being made so you have to be willing to adjust accordingly and pivot. Must be able to hold yourself accountable. Workplace flexibility is always positive!

They’re obsessed with “seeing their money at work” it’s weird - giving poor man’s Succession in a shared workspace lolll
