Awful experience. Stay away - Recensione dipendente - Investment Officer presso Swiss Life

The pace of working here is extremely slow, no new learning opportunities, people are very closed up, no team spirit, office is almost empty at 16:00, almost nothing to do. Poor management skills from superiors. No care for employees whatsoever. I sat next to client services and they are extremely rude to the clients and use swear words after hanging up to make fun of them. For sure not a company that I want to represent
