Reporting manager really is ridiculous. Don't even provide proper training, More than three quarters of the time is working from home and gets mad at things I don't know about. So aggressive when it comes to making mistake as a newly joined staff, yelled at me in front of the entire office. Compares practice with another company which was totally different and expected me to know and be perfect.
