Oddest bunch of people you will ever meet. Gossip culture, low class and small minded; managers and senior staff, beggars belief how they got the job. If they did not have this job, they would probably do better in Poundland. No training, chaotic and xenophobic at best. Closed to new ideas, unless it is their own (few).Trying to go Agile but will have to close down certain departments and get rid of existing permanent staff who wont budge, because that´s the best job they will ever find. If you google earth the building, it´s outdated just like it´s longterm staff. A shot leopard can´t get up nor change it´s spots. I feel sorry for the CEO.
