Vantaggi

Used to be great benefits but slowly reduced one by one( this year also the health benefits were taken off) Lot of great people but getting less and less of them

Svantaggi

- company has changed almost 360 degrees from quality of management , human values and social responsibility , Specially in IT - Since our CIO hired a school teacher as strategy manager whos only strategy was working on his own career the whole quality of IT went badly down. - There is no more company values and everything is done with executive power - If someone has a different opinion then he is seen as an enemy - Many good colleges who genuinely live company values , competent and really deliver value to the company started disappear day by day. - HR and Talent management invested really a lot in attracting and hiring good people but due to this bad management practices we are loosing great human resources - Difficult to satisfy clients when key people are disappearing who maintained great customer relationships for years for no reasons

We’re glad the culture and supportive colleagues have been meaningful in your experience. We know large organisations can sometimes feel complex, and we're constantly working to simplify decision making where possible. Thank you for your review.

Vantaggi

1. 12% 401k match 2. Amazing co workers in the trenches but this is rapidly changing as people look for the exits.

Svantaggi

1. Management - the new management team has a maximum personal bonus / profit only mindset. Cost cutting reigns. 2. Constant layoffs. No job is safe. 3. Company has offshored many jobs to India and is in a race to move key underwritering, engineering, claims functions to India as well. Overall, it feels more like a private equity gut job than a publicly traded company.
