Thank you for your comments. We have an active project looking at "Rest Areas" for employees and set aside budget to make improvements on this matter. We are also investing heavily in Management Performance enhancing training and coaching including Active Supervision and Active Leadership courses. I will pass these comments on to the senior management at NCL and have them look at ways to improve the local management cover outwith the Monday - Friday 9-5 times.
