The company culture is inclusive, putting the team first to ensure they can be the best version of themselves. Open and honest communication is encouraged, and as a result all the team are motivated and deliver great results for the business.

Not sure you can call this a negative; but due to the nature of the business not all employees are able to get the same message from senior management in a timely manner and there is a delay.
