The market is not fully ready yet for the solution sadly

I worked closely with leadership on both a strategic and tactical level, and I can confidently say this company genuinely cares about its people. The culture is one of honesty, focus, and challenge — if you thrive in a startup environment, you’ll find the work rewarding and purposeful. Although being made redundant is never easy, the process was handled in the most ethical and empathetic way I’ve experienced in my 20-year career.

Like any startup, stability can be a challenge. Change is constant, and roles can evolve quickly — or disappear altogether. It’s not for everyone. If you’re looking for structure and long-term security, Switchee might not be the right fit.
