Switchee's CEO (Adam Fudakowski) is one of the most toxic people I ever worked with. He's a bad manager who doesn't trust his staff unless they studied engineering from oxbridge. He's an elitist and also misogynistic and doesn't trust the women on his team. He was often openly disrespectful and rude to his team. Working with him has given me trauma. His vision for employees at Switchee is a complete farce. Salary - Switchee pay really low salary, not even giving yearly raises. Often making you jump through hoops to get just a cost of living raise.
