Simply terminate people, unprofessional top management, always put the blame on others, unreliable superior, everything is super urgent, did not know how to plan or schedule their works, stupid system cause a lots of trouble to staff, claim approval is always late, overall Swivelt is a scam company. Do not work here. No yearly salary increment unless you are good sucker.
