work from home is good. but they no have give any form of subsidy for house electriv/internet

they dont put to effort and resource to grow you/no upskill. there was a "performance recognition" plan before, but then suddenly no news. no increment and no appreciation for loyal employees. no company outing/ large group activity, only boring "go back to office to eat+chat". no parking benefit if you do need go back to office for work. word for ceo, you get what you give. it only so much someone can "give extra effort" until they feel disapoint and just decide to leave. pls look at your atrition. pls look at how your most enthusias employee change behaviour and then leave.
