Some of the pros are- 1. Flexible work hours 2. Great pay as par with top companies/startups. They pay really good if you bring right skills with you. 3. Very talented team. 4. No office politics 5. No micromanagement by managers. Managers are really good and give me complete freedom. 6. Leaves are never an issue. The company is very flexible on leaves till you are taking for justifiable reasons.

1. The HR is very rude and bossy. She talks unempathetically to employees without understanding their concerns.

- Invisible HR. You only see HR when you go to meet them. Even basic work takes them at least a week to get done. Even the visa process takes more than 2 months which would take 2 weeks if you do it yourself. - The managers treat you like a slave. They ask you to work on weekends to meet the deadline and offer no comp off or overtime for that. - Any complaints or suggestions to higher management go on deaf ears. - They keep on hiring and firing. - If anyone doesn't stay in office after office hours they think the person is not working enough and they overload the person with more work. - They have changed 4 project managers in a single year. - no job security. You could be asked to leave any time. All in all, the higher management people are inhumane and treat the engineers like slave. All the praise go to project managers and you just slog in office working overnights and even on weekends to meet the deadline. It is a nightmare of a startup.

Unethical HR Policies: The moment you join the company, HR will become rude and illogical. They come up with innovative ways of annoying employees. Mismanagement: Higher and middle management treats employees like slaves. It is expected of you to be available 24x7. No work life balance. Most product managers are condescending and rude and behave unprofessionally with developers, often insulting them publicly. Hire and Fire Policies: It doesn't matter how much effort you put in. Eventually you will be mistreated and sometimes fired without logic or offered pay cut if you want to continue. Office Infrastructure is really bad: stinky bathrooms, cramped pantry, no proper meeting rooms, etc.
