When I worked at Swoon I was bullied beyond belief by both the CEO and his partner. There was even a term used within the company - it was called 'being BH'd' - and it involved being shouted at, unfairly criticized and humiliated in large team meetings, being ignored and being talked about when not present. Management routinely carried out smear campaigns on employees which inevitably resulted in people leaving of their own accord. I'm amazed the investors haven't seen the reviews on here and taken action against the CEO. I've now worked in the corporate world for 15+ years and have never come across such a toxic individual as Swoon's CEO. Pay is poor and there's no respect for peoples' time or wellbeing.
