10yWe're truly sorry to hear about your experience and certainly acknowledge that after a mere 5 years of “start-up” mentality, improvements will continue to be made. We foster an open-door environment where owners, team leads, and our peers are willing to listen and implement change - quite literally next day – when earnest ideas are put forth. We consistently encourage innovative ideas from our team and hope the feedback, negative or positive, would be made real-time so we can act upon it. Starting a company (any company) takes a lot of hard-work and long hours in order for us, and those around us, to be successful. We can only hope each individual recognizes the opportunities Swoon provides, knowing that hard work will be the driving force to get us there!
