Far removed senior leaders Zero logic being put into decisions Terribly toxic, micromanagement It’s getting close to hitting the fan at Swoon. Almost every employee doesn’t trust or respect the company President. They’re changing directions almost every week. Performance management has transitioned to activity based and in no way shape or form is tied to financials. Which in a sales / recruiting org makes zero sense.
