HI, Over all i have more than 7 years of work experience, and in SyberPlace past 1 year am working here, In this 8 years, I have came across many difficulties and good things from different companies. Every thing works here as systematically, success cant be reached in short time untill and unless they choose for short cut, but when we follow the system and rules, initially there will be lot of difficulties, ups and downs, and there may be chances of stepping in to negative things, but till now the company dint not made changes and stick to the goals. And we know if we follow the rules it will take time to reach success. It depends upon the person to person to choose the shortcuts or to follow the system. I must thankful to the syberplace for showing the path and directing me in to right direction. Right place to explore your talent and have lot of scope to learn about the digital world Came here with zero expectations but gained more knowledge

The Company believes in employee harassment and making them fool. HR policies are pathetic and domination and hence attrition ratio is 97 %. Everything is counted as act of disciplines and they deduct high productivity allowance. There is a bond of 5 lakh for two years or you have to submit the original document. The HR team force employees to pay the bonded amount even when they terminate them. They don’t know what is PF and gratuity. Donot expect any training and induction programme. The company is saying that we are in the business of digital marketing e-commerce but actually acting like a sub-vendor. There is no salary slip and delay in monthly salary. If an employee demands their rights, it will be counted as act of discipline and salary will be deducted. Working hour is horrible (14 hours a day) and you have to wear business suit and bring your own laptop. The work culture is very poor and there is no employee engagement programme. Initially company is hiring from IIT students, then experienced students then tier-2 colleges and now xyz. Mainly three kind of work is done here-hiring, firing and resigning.
