Naval gazing at the core with limited understanding of how to shift or develop with the market demand Full funnel marketing is limited and nonexistent There are barely any leads for the sales team to work creating a toxic competitive environment They provide you with high equity in order to give you a low salary Their deal sizes are extremely low, and therefore it provides limited opportunity to make more money beyond salary
