SyCom is small so you can absolutely make an impact. Executive leadership is engaged and wants to enable you. Fellow engineers are among the most talented folks you will find and they are supportive. You have an issue - don't be afraid to reach out for help! The strength of that culture keeps folks at SyCom and engaged. Be prepared to be busy, learn new things and live outside your comfort zone. If you are trying to find a challenge, SyCom is the place to find it. I wish I would have come here much earlier in my career.

The engineering organization has some issues - delegation and chain of command is broken due to workloads and departures not being back filed. Sales is comfortable so you have to push, and keep pushing if you want to try something new. SyCom is a small business so they can't lean too far outside their lane, making growth not easy.
