Staffs are asked to pack up and leave immediately on the day of retrenchment. - Poor management decisions: 1-2 mths after the retrenchment exercise, company started hiring again. You think it’s fun to fire ppl? - toxic & Poor culture: CEO mentioned during 1 of the town-hall that if you come to work from ‘9am-6pm’, job here is not right for you and it will be better for you to leave. Old fashion mentality! Advocates longer working hours but not efficiency!? And even if you work hard, you get retrenched anyway! - and you don’t get bonus too! & peanuts pay increments.
