Hostile working environment. You either get judgemental micromanaged or you don't have communication with ownership at all. Ownership is way too personal. Ownership has been the problem for many years. Big turnover rate. They do not know how to run a business and are oblivious to them being the problem . Ownership shows nepotism and are not willing to take necessary steps to make their business better or reach the community. They want customers without putting in the work or invest in certain aspects of their company. There are two owners and one does not want to be known. The management is cheap and pays teachers minimum wage. They will do whatever to cut corners. Do not trust any management. Teachers should proceed with extreme caution. Zero benefits, low pay, do not show appreciation for staff
