Great working atmosphere, challenging market to be working for which keeps one on his/her toes, working for a good cause that keeps you motivated-saving the planet!! Steep learning curve, hot startup in a great location!

Commute...getting stuck in traffic, bart delays...that sucks for any and everyone! Especially coming from the bay area.

Technical team is great and you'll learn a lot.

CEO is disconnected with the technology and lacks a sense of direction. Makes unreasonable requests of the scientists and gets defensive when people try to explain the limitations of the technology and her "vision". Don't expect this company to last much longer.
