7yThank you for your post. We're glad to hear you enjoyed working with the Symbotic robotic system and your colleagues.
However, we're sorry to hear that in other areas you had an experience that absolutely doesn't align with our values or operations expectations. Without knowing which of our customer sites you were working at or when, it's hard to respond in detail, but we can confidentiality say that training for new employees (and to offer career growth for current team members) is a huge focus for our on-site teams this year. We've already rolled out new resources and programs, with more on the way.
