      Thank you for your feedback and we want to acknowledge your comment on rate of salary and work life balance. We do strive to ensure we are competitively priced in the marketplace and undergo salary reviews on at least an annual basis. We also have introduced a new Flexible Time Off Policy, in the US for exempt employees, to allow employees and managers more flexibility to balance work life. Our company continues to grow and your feedback is helpful to us as we continue to explore programs we have in place and those we should consider for our future.
