      One of the best products in the industry. Amazing upcoming technology. Great financial progress. Developing culture, a lot of changes over the past few years which can get overwhelming. That said, typical of a fast growing organization which is trying to scale and make changes and improve efficiencies.

      Execution is key and some times that can make people feel like they are in the shadows. Critical for leadership to bring people upfront and celebrate wins on a consistent basis.
