Bellevue location is good but building infrastructure such as bathrooms and elevators needs improvement. Benefits and salaries are adequate.

Many experienced, conscientious, caring employees are leaving the company. This knowledge drain is verging on critical mass. Core business legacy systems in particular are impacted. Departing employees give feedback to HR but HR appears oblivious. During project meetings, management frequently resorts to intimidation and bullying. This discourages constructive questions and honest assessment of project status and issues. Management imposes unrealistic work load and inconsistent expectations. Employees are increasingly stressed and demoralized. They feel unappreciated. Management appears impervious to how much employee health and family lives are suffering. A once hospitable work environment feels increasingly dehumanizing.

Training is getting exponentially better, and structure is fomenting, but still isn't where it should be, by far. Sales teams bolster each other, but there's a perception of "performance punishment" that affects morale. The company wants to be a top ten carrier, but feels like it's lacking direction in other divisions, and our operational growing pains are evident to advisors.
