Good salary for freshers; (Salary here is better than most of the other organizations but I would suggest freshers to join an organization with good work culture rather than falling for salary.)

Lot of work pressure: Deadlines given to freshers. Unprofessional behaviour by managers/trainers: Warnings like 'this will affect your performance' given in your first month as a fresher. Trainers need to be themselves trained on how to treat trainees and stop acting like Gods. Work/Life Balance: If you apply for a planned vacation/leave, they don't easily approve it. Even when you convince them and they approve, if you fall sick and take emergency sick leave before your planned vacation, they just cancel your planned vacation/leave. This decision is taken by your manager. Zero involvement of HR. The ego of manager takes precedence over everything else. Culture & Values: It is a well-funded startup that gives zero effort to establishing culture & values within the organization. This is why every organization must have a robust HR function that enforces healthy working culture. People are exiting the company for the sole reason of manager not approving the leaves. Planned leaves being cancelled by managers coz the employee had to take sick leave before planned vacation. This was an actual reason for cancelling a planned leave! - "You took sick leave last week, so your vacation next month is cancelled!" Somebody needs to remind the managers that people don't choose to fall sick 😷
