Terrible culture. Retail CEO doesn't know anything about the industry nor software. There have been so many layoffs that the people left are overwhelmed and on the brink of burnout. Hardly anyone left to even implement the software. Top leadership's only concern is the IPO. As the saying goes.. like putting lipstick on a pig
