Very collaborative environment and good work-life balance. Great mentors and senior personnel who have been at the company for 10+ years, which is unheard of in this industry.

The company produces diverse and complex software products with a steep learning curve.

It was a good learning experience, got data center experience replacing hard drives, organizing and labeling back of server cabling that was a rats nest. Made monitoring of hard drives as they had servers with degraded raid arrays they weren't even aware of. Didn't do much most days, laid back but not full time remote.

Got a whole day to do sf86 as they said due to a white house contract we had to be secret cleared. But when I asked about the clearance they said they had no evidence I ever got cleared even tho I was working on the servers containing the clearance required data?? Not much training but scolded when you did something wrong that you weren't trained on.
