They made me go to the office everyday and travel during the pandemic. This is a digital marketing position for an IT company. So, spot the mistake. No clear KPIs from the beginning. The management asked me to commute everyday, although other employees weren't obliged to go to the office. They don't mind of your security and health: No risk assessment of COVID-19, no respect of the 6 feet between the employees in the office and no updates of the current external situation. I had no choice to denounce them to the Health and Security department of the office area. The company has been established 30 years ago, and most of their communication force is based in India. They have only 80 employees in total and an old-school management. Management can't even make the difference between SEM campaign and SEA campaign. The list goes on
