Most of the company is marketing/sales Engineering is underfunded and overworked Constant changing of priorities leads to wasted work No investment in staff, e.g training, professional development No other benefits other than pay, e.g. bonus is in stock options which are worthless if you leave No support for staff health issues (attitude was get the job done or get out)

Pay was good and unlimited PTO

In my experience, there were consistent challenges related to leadership communication, clarity of vision, and transparency in decision making. Changes were often made with limited context provided to employees, which made it difficult to feel aligned with the direction of the organization. Decisions affecting teams appeared unclear or not well explained, contributing to uncertainty and reduced confidence in leadership.
