Awesome company without any values. Not much work pressure as not many customers in India. Get to know other employees really well as most of the people dont have work and most of them just do gossiping. All employees would get stock which is of no worth. Company believes in diversification, hence unique rules n regulations for each employee. Based on mgmt's, so called vision, everyone would for sure dream for better hike, bonus, promotions but fortunately or unfortunately..dream remains a dream only. Open door and transparent culture, whenever employees ask queries to management, mgmt cross questions the employees on technical stuffs which most of employees cannot answer, hence it is always proved that "shape up on technical things" rather than asking your silly queries to mgmt. This is the only place I suppose, where the employee is considered to be an allrounder...for example a STA person is expected to write RTL code in client interview. If the candidate cannot write, candidate is not serious about his career and is not focussed. Best place to erase past memory, as there wont be any documentation, designs, learning materials, hence over a time, the candidates would automatically start losing grip on his fundamentals (this is gud or bad u decide). However, mgmt is really understanding and cares for employees growth & career path, hence they have given free hand to get knowledge by means of "beg, borrow or steal". Very flexible HR policies, can be twisted, changed, modified over night. I'm sure an aspiring employee would really get a chance to learn many things, tricks and gets exposure to situations which are very hard to get in other companies. Atleast I can confidently say that working in this company will truely be a learning curve and will be an eye opener for many... believe me !

"Nothing can think of" as everybody has mentioned in previous reviews except the employee will be screwed up over a time for sure.
