      Salary below standard manager having no management skill no hike lay off always , upper management having no clue . hiring and firing . Company is sinking and they are saying its work as usual at synchronoss no work from home attendance system is pen and paper by security --back to school days no structure- as always changing pathetic place to work for, no proper building, skill, cafeteria and many more equivalent to hell . Pathetic finance dept more then pathetic HR Join here to get a tour of hell before dying

      Burnout from 17 years of working long hours including evenings and weekends. I have worked 110 hour weeks and several concurrent 100+ hour weeks. I have a strong work ethic and will always go above/beyond what is required of me and take on additional responsibilities outside my role.

      Health issues related to burnout. I have to do a better job at work/life balance, actually take PTO and disconnect. When I would take PTO, I would still attend calls and respond to emails as I felt it my responsibility to serve my customers.
