It is remote with a lot of engagement events. the company does a lot for its employees, you get to know management and the open door policy its really open door. I got the opportunity even meet even the CEO; you can reach out to almost anyone in the company and they will reply.

Svantaggi

The job its stressful back to back calls almost non stop, the company does try to add little time off the phone here and there, but I don't think is enough due to the high volume of calls. Another con is that its quite evident the company has been pushing off-shoring, having entire tech, analytics and middle management teams in Philippines and India thus making mobility within the company for US based employees more limited.
