The number one reason to work at synchrony is their benefits package! Most companies start giving out benefits 30-90 days from the date of hire but synchrony gave out theirs the first day of orientation. The pay is nice as well and if you surround yourself with positive leaders, your work day will go smoothly. they also help with coaching services if you need more help learning the material. Also, their café is great. you get bonuses as well and get to switch up your shift if your are just not feeling they day.

I hated working at night. I made sure I was at the top of my class when it came to work and I thought because of my hard work I would have gotten a reasonable schedule- but they stuck everyone in a 12-9 shift. after 6 months and no word of a better shift I had to choose another job. I hate that I had to leave, but they were unwilling to work with me..i mean heck! I would have been great getting off at 6 or 7.. but 9-12 am? I never saw my kids...

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
