Synchrony pays as little as it can to their employees and while it offers a bonus, they have policies in place to take it away from you for various reasons. They do not value their employees and abuse them at every turn. If you have no ambition and no desire to better yourself of your life through the work you do, by all means take a job at this company. They talk heavily of "family" but they care nothing for anyone. They are a sub-prime lending company and expect their workers to be the same, sub-prime.
