Nice management and co workers. Office facility is very nice.

Needs to update their computers systems. Still using AS400 and FDR, must be able to use multiply systems to process one transaction. "Constant" changes on procedures. And when I say 'constant' at a minimum monthly but as an average 2-3x a month. Numberous emails on how to handle work-a-rounds because somone did not do their job and test something before they through it into implementation. Increased work load and more responsibilities in past 3 years and annual raises actually have been consistently decreased year after year. Even though the Company is more profitable now than 4 years ago.
