Management is useless. Leaders are more concerned about making themselves look good than doing a good job. Pay is gradually getting worse for a remote location, hardly better than Edmonton/Calgary anymore. No more overtime for engineers. Bloated with diversity hires that were clearly hired for filling a statistic. Very poor work life balance, you will basically do 12 hours a day with commute time. No more work from home. Used to be a great place to work with good culture, that is slowly being eroded. Suncor taking over has been the worst thing to happen to this company
