The internal team is great — friendly, professional, and supportive. If something is promised (salary, bonuses, payments), it’s always paid on time and in full. The company remains stable despite external challenges, and there’s a sense of security in that.

Due to the war, salaries have been frozen for over two years. Previously generous bonuses and gifts (like anniversary rewards) have been reduced or completely removed. A new internal interview system makes it noticeably harder to get a salary increase, and bonus structures are now minimal or unclear.

There's actually nothing worth mentioning.

The application process is misleading. You’re prompted to schedule an interview after submitting, but the person you’re scheduled with denies involvement and refers you elsewhere. Interview was canceled just two hours before, with no apology or explanation. Very disrespectful of the candidate’s time and effort. Communication is cold, dismissive, and unhelpful. No follow-up or transparency from the recruitment team, even after weeks of waiting. The overall process shows a lack of coordination and professionalism, leaving a poor impression of the company’s culture.
