No chance of career progression. Under too much pressure because projects are managed poorly and there aren’t enough staff. Not agile 40 hours a week Holiday allowance doesn’t increase with service

Flexible work schedule. Some work is remote so you don’t have to deal with the Operationally Focused Process and Improvement Implementer face to face.

For the Carpenteria Office; There is no HR department in the US. HR is in the UK. This is is huge problem. Consistent bullying and harassment. Managers and most employees left spend more time trying to make it look like others aren’t doing their job, than they spend actually doing their job. Lack of any processes or consistency with work flow. Clear segregation between management and other employees. The former COO ran the company into the ground all for self benefit and the Operationally Focused Process and Improvement Implementer (that job title couldn’t be farther from the truth) significantly aided in that. This is the most dysfunctional company I’ve ever worked for. Half of this business unit has quit, I don’t see them sustaining a US business for much longer. All other reviews from former employees are accurate.
