For the Carpenteria Office; There is no HR department in the US. HR is in the UK. This is is huge problem. Consistent bullying and harassment. Managers and most employees left spend more time trying to make it look like others aren’t doing their job, than they spend actually doing their job. The former COO ran the company into the ground all for self benefit and the Operationally Focused Process and Improvement Implementer (that job title couldn’t be farther from the truth) significantly aided in that. This is the most dysfunctional company I’ve ever worked for. Half of this business unit has quit, I don’t see them sustaining a US business for much longer.
