At this small company, there is no place to hide in the shadows of monotony or behind others accomplishments. However, if you work hard, have a desire to make an impact and shine - the opportunities you can create for yourself are limitless. There is an absolute sense of urgency to execute, which can lead to heightened anxieties company wide.
