Merger didn’t help - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Syneos Health

Poor management. Little to no positive feedback provided by line managers or higher level personnel. Huge pay discrepancy that is “swept under the carpet” when HR/Management is informed. Not a great word to use but I have been lied to and when I call them out on the lies, there is no productive feedback. Just “well this is the way it’s going to be” Internal intranet is worthless. I have taken upwards of 15-30 minutes trying to find a document - many times. It’s a huge time waster. And that search includes asking others for assistance.
