Not much opportunities for growth - Recensione dipendente - Sr. Clinical Research Associate presso Syneos Health

I spent many years with the company. I realized that the corporation values the executives, not so much the ordinary hard-working employees. So many people left at the time I left, many teams broke down! People were burnt out. No matter the great track record I had for years, the company would not let me transition and continue to develop in a different department where I was going to be a great fit for. The Manager's support I had would not help either. Line Managers' opinions were not really considered. There was so much talk about how valuable the employees were....none of this was true in my opinion. Just empty talks!
