This is the most miserable place I have ever worked in my nearly 20 year career. Super dysfunctional leadership team. People who have worked at Syneos for many years have zero awareness of the market and what other agencies are doing. Additionally, we had an extremely hostile work environment. Team members were held accountable. What a mess!
