Hiring of green employees at your same level. CEO asks for ideas yet zero support for needed changes. Mgmt takes credit for your skill/knowledge/resolutions. Zero bonus, zero spotlight points, zero sense of performance appraisal process bc it does nothing. Create your own comraderie bc it’s every dept for himself.
