CEO is invisible to employees. Lack of transparency from new owners. Non-existent work-life balance. Toxic long term employees who are ruthless, play favoritism, act self-serving, and are dishonest. The discretionary PTO is laughable. The workload is tremendously heavy. It is impossible to take PTO. Working 65/hours week is standard. Requests for project support are ignored (or worse, you are told that you are the problem, not the workload. Nope. It is 100% related to layoffs and redistribution of work). The new ownership turned a demanding CRO environment into a merciless workplace with increased in-fighting, and decrease in quality. Prediction: repeat business will drastically decline. More lay-offs. Private equity firms dump company. Then, on the way out the c-suite makes big $$$$ on the backs of the operational teams who worked very long and stressful hours to deliver for the clients.
