Was informed about layoffs on Monday, then 4 days later the lay offs were implemented. Such short notice? Almost seems illegal.

Friendly co-workers, everyone assists one another. Your direct lead and supervisor are very easy to approach and talk to. Case load is big but actual work is not that hard.

Management can be rude or childish. Takes forever to get an answer from HR. Some Directors are not easy to approach or talk to. Turn over of employee is constant. No room for real growth, they will keep you in the same assignment for years even after you have contributed so much to the department. No additional training given but expected of an employee to know how to do something they were not taught.
