Vantaggi
Coworkers were great people, Recruiting Manager will always go out of his way to help.
Svantaggi
Do not work here. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and it starts from the top. The Branch Manager is incredibly unprofessional, unorganized, inappropriate and at times won't even do his job. My problems first began after being promoted, was given more responsibilities, and yet was given no raise in pay. This is not what I agreed to and not at all what was conveyed during the interview process. Fought hard for a very small raise, and it took them over 2 months (with no backpay). There is a complete lack of structure, and again, it stems directly from the Branch Manager which makes doing your job much more difficult than it needs to be. Work outings will make you uncomfortable around him, especially as a young female, and it is disgusting that his behavior is condoned. Do not bother going to HR or higher ups as they do not care, will not make a change, and typically throw any comments or concerns you had to the side. There is no such thing as mutual respect here, and the respect you get is solely based off of how the company profits from your work. Not to mention, very hypocritical. Will try to write you up for being 5 minutes late, when the Branch Manager, who is supposed to be a leader and set an example, is consistently over 30 minutes late. There was a period of time, where he didn't even work, would just aggressively micromanage, or not even show up in the office. Unless he needed to make a sandwich. Also important to note that you are a salary employee, but they do not care. They (disrespectfully) will ask you to put in more work hours with no compensation. I genuinely don't know how the leadership roles keep their position at this company.
