" Working at Synerg has been largely positive - it's a great place if you want to understand the workings of a clothing manufacturer & a fashion buying agent from the ground up. The team is supportive, and I've learned a lot about managing apparel merchandising. However, due to the small setup, sometimes resources feel tight, and covering multiple roles can be a challenge. Still, management is open to feedback, and I do see improvement coming.All in all, it's a solid place to learn and contribute"
